Returns & Damaged Stock
- One Stop Caravan Shop can provide expert advise when selecting your products. Our staff work on Vans everyday and therefore have the knowledge needed to help our customers.
- If we accidentally send you the incorrect product we will send you the correct product. We will pay the freight charges to return the incorrect product to One Stop Caravan Shop.

If your product is damaged in transit you have 7 days from delivery at your nominated delivery address to contact us via email at admin@onestopcaravanshop.com.au. Please include photos of the damaged product.
- We will resend your product (if available) or offer you a full refund.
